That’s okay! We get it, and we want to make this as easy as possible for you. Please read through our policies below so we can get this taken care of.

We’re more than happy to accept returns within a 30 day window from the original purchase.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused/unworn and in the same condition that you received it. Some goods may be exempt from being returned such as personal care products and perishables, as well as final sale items or discounted items. We offer two methods for returning product eligible within our Returns/Exchange Policy.

  1. In Person - Bring your receipt and product you want to return to our Grand Rapids store. Easy Peasy.

  2. By Mail* - Complete request form below > Woosah emails return shipping label > Print label and package product > Schedule a pickup or drop off package to USPS at your convenience > When the product is received and approved we will issue a refund or ship an exchange and send a confirmation email. After your form is submitted you will receive a return label in your email within 24-48 hours.

*While we provide the return label, the customer will be charged a $5 restocking fee for items returned by mail.

Exchanges

Beyond the 30 day window we will gladly exchange items if they are defective or damaged. 

If you have an item to exchange within the 30 day window, please complete request form above > Woosah emails return shipping label > Print label and package product > Schedule a pickup or drop off package to USPS at your convenience > When the product is received and approved we will ship an exchange and send a confirmation email. Please check our online shop to ensure the item you’d like exchanged is still in stock in the desired size. To do this, click the item and select your desired size. If the item is out of stock it will say in red, “OUT OF STOCK”. In this case, the item may not be exchanged for desired size.
